The gym is for everyone, please have those Personal trainer train their client at their own home gym. They always act like they own the place, come on.

My mother has been a home owner and paying HOA fees for years. I flew in from out of state to take care of her while she is in the hospital and the membership manager will not let me sign in as a guess or have a guest pass until she can come in from the hospital to sign me in even though I am living with her for months until she recovers. They suggested I try a planet fitness until she is discharged even though I brought her membership pass, my own photo id and my mother has tried to call to talk to them. Really disgusted by their treatment and the way they spoke to me while my mother is sick! I understand rules but they could have at least been kind.

One of the best parts of living in Natomas Park is the club house. The gym is small but is great. Wonderful fitness classes. A lap pool to work out. A kiddy pool for little ones. Two spas. The best part is the resort style pool with the cabana next to it. Lounge and let the kids play while you sit and sip some solid and affordable drinks. Food is alright. Overall it is a great place for families and friends.

The Club at Natomas Park: Mid, but Gets the Job Done Overall, this club is decent, but it has significant room for improvement, particularly regarding class structure and gym comfort. The Good: The basics are covered. They have a good selection of weights, treadmills, and stair climbers. If you just need a place to lift or get your cardio in, it certainly gets the job done. Areas for Improvement: 1. Group Class Offerings (Beginner Focus): I wish there were more class offerings at the basic or introductory level. The few classes available are almost always full and don't seem set up to really accommodate new learners. This makes it tough for beginners to get started or for members who want to try something new. 2. Cramped Equipment: The weight and cardio areas feel tight. It seems like they have squeezed the machines as close as possible, and the gym wouldn't suffer from a little more space between equipment. 3. Comfort and Air Quality: The facility would greatly benefit from a few more fans and air fresheners. The air quality can sometimes feel stagnant, especially during busy times. Overall: It's a "mid" experience. It’s functional and provides the necessary equipment, but the lac

One of the best peerks of this private club is the ambiance and amenities. We love the Friday happy hours and when they have live music in the patio in the summer. The staff here is also amazing...(especially Art in the cabana bar) ,they make the experience even better. I have to say the Learna has really made our clubhouse the best experience. She is the best club activities specialists that we have had in 17 years!
